One screen: coming soon waitlist page template in the Studio style

Studio. Bright and product-led: a warm white page, quiet gray bands and one dark band.

On the page

What is on this waitlist landing page

One section on one screen. Your logo, your project's name, one line and the signup form, centered on a single screen. Every section can be edited, moved or removed in the editor.

  1. Hero

    "Your product name"

The headline, a line of support and the signup form.

Add blocks

18 more blocks you can add

One screen is a starting set, and the page is yours to build on. Add any of these from the editor's Add block list, wherever you want it on the page.

  • Benefits

Reasons to sign up, as cards, columns or rows.

How it works, in order, as columns or a timeline.

  • Numbers

A few numbers that make the case.

    What people say about it.

  • Questions

Answers to the questions people ask first.

Who it is for

Who this pre-launch landing page is for

  • A product with a name and little else

The page needs a name and one line, so it can be live before the product has a screenshot.

  • An idea you want to test

One screen and one form is enough to learn whether anyone signs up before you build more.

  • A launch you will add to later

Start with one screen, then add sections in the editor as the product takes shape, or change to a fuller starting page.

Make it yours

What to change first

  1. The line under the name

One sentence on what the product is and who it is for. It is the only description on the page, so make it plain.

  2. Your logo and color

Add your logo and pick your color. On a page with one screen and no pictures, they are most of the look.

  3. The note under the form

The page starts with "No spam. Leave whenever you like." Keep it, or say what people will get and when.

Customize

Change anything on the page

The template is where you start. Beyond its 8 styles, the editor lets you change how every part of the page looks and reads.

Your color, fonts and corners

Set the accent color, the fonts and the corners once, and every section follows.

A few layouts for every block

Each block comes in finished layouts, so a section can change shape and keep its words.

Move, duplicate or remove

Drag a section to a new place, duplicate it or delete it. Add block puts a new one where you want it.

Ask for a change

Say what you want changed in a sentence and the page is edited for you, with an Undo on every change.

Preview, then publish

Check the draft at desktop and phone width. The live page changes only when you publish.

Your logo and share preview

Add your logo, and set the title, description and share image a pasted link shows.

Questions

Questions about the One screen template

What is a coming soon page?
A single page that says a product is on its way and asks visitors to leave an email so they hear when it arrives. It needs a name, one line on what the product is and a form.
Can I add more sections later?
Yes. Add block in the editor puts any section under the first one, and Templates in the header changes the draft to a fuller starting page. The draft you had can be brought back, and the live page stays as it is until you publish.
Will the page show up in search engines?
Only when you ask it to. A page stays out of search engines until you turn search indexing on for it. Search engine indexing comes with the Collect, Launch and Grow plans. Either way you set the title, the description and the share image, so a pasted link has a preview.
Does it stay on one screen on a phone?
The page is set to fill the screen, so its one section is at least as tall as the visitor's window on a phone or a desktop, and grows if your line runs long. The editor previews both widths before you publish.
Is a simple waitlist or waiting list page like this free?
You can publish it and collect signups without paying. The page editor is on the Free plan, with no credit card needed. The Free plan holds your first 100 contacts. Signups past that are still saved, and are kept hidden until you move up a size. Your own domain comes with the Collect, Launch and Grow plans.
