About
Indiemaker is a platform for discovering, comparing and transferring small internet businesses priced from $1K to $500K. It is built for founders selling a project they no longer work on and for operators looking to buy one. Every asset record carries the same fields, so listings can be compared side by side. Listing is free, with no listing fee and no monthly fee. A success fee of 8%, 7% or 6% applies when a transfer completes, depending on the sale price band, and is deducted from proceeds at escrow release. Premium subscribers pay two points less. Founders can add a Promoted listing for $99 for 30 days. Before submitting, know that every listing is reviewed before it appears, that owners declare revenue unless they connect Stripe, and that Indiemaker does not audit a business. Payment moves once between the two parties through Escrow.com.
