A success fee is payable when the business sells, calculated as a percentage of the sale price, and the pricing page shows a 10% success fee. Confidentiality with an NDA is a $199 add-on and is included in Premium. Flippa also offers a free valuation, broker support, a Deal Room, and Flippa Premium for buyers at $49 per month. Buyers can use Flippa for free.

Partly. Buyers usually see a summary in public and the details after they sign up or sign an NDA. Flippa's pricing page offers confidentiality with an NDA as an add-on, and Acquire's says buyers can browse public listings on a basic plan.
