About
r/indiehackers is a Reddit community for independent developers and founders building their own products, with 198,768 subscribers listed on its about page. It is a discussion forum rather than a formal launch directory. Products are shared in posts under the Self Promotion flair, and the rules say users can self promote their product one time, with the purpose being feedback and critique rather than advertisement. Posts that mention MRR need proof, and the moderators say fake Q&A posts are not allowed. The moderators also say they are looking at restricting self promotion to certain weekdays. The pages do not list submission fees, paid listing tiers, advertising options, review times or link types. Founders should read the posting guidelines before submitting.
