About
r/alphaandbetausers is a Reddit community for founders who want alpha and beta testers for an app or website. The subreddit home page shows posts from makers asking for feedback on a nutrition tracking app, a family meal planning web app, a research paper writing tool, a travel eSIM business and an Etsy listing tool. Founders publish a post with the Create Post button on the subreddit page. The pages do not show a posting fee, a review time, an account requirement or a link type. A community highlights announcement says some users have trouble submitting content and should use old.reddit.com. Promoted posts labelled Ad appear in the feed, but the pages do not show advertising prices or an advertising option for founders.

From our For consumer apps guide.- Can I launch before the app is in the App Store?
Yes, on BetaList and r/alphaandbetausers, which take an app before release: a waitlist page for BetaList, a beta or TestFlight link for testers on Reddit. Most launch boards want a store link people can open today, so keep them for release day.
From our For consumer apps guide.- How do I find beta testers for my app?
Post in r/alphaandbetausers with your platform and what you want tested, and put a waitlist on Before you launch places. Ask testers one clear question, not "any feedback?".
