# Connect Claude to your waitlist

LaunchList is in Claude's connector directory. Connect it, sign in to LaunchList once and approve the workspace Claude may use. Then Claude can read your waitlist and act on it. In Claude Code, the LaunchList plugin adds the same connection and six skills.

## Set it up

1. **Find LaunchList.** In Claude, open **Customize**, then **Connectors**, and search for **LaunchList**, or open the [LaunchList listing](https://claude.ai/directory/connectors/launchlist).
2. **Connect it.** Choose **Connect**.
3. **Approve the connection.** Sign in to LaunchList, choose the workspace Claude may use, and approve. Your LaunchList sign-in is all Claude needs.
4. **Ask about your launch.** In a new chat, ask "How is my waitlist doing this week?"

## Install the plugin in Claude Code

The LaunchList plugin brings the same connection, signed in with OAuth, and adds six skills that
teach Claude how to launch with LaunchList. Add the marketplace, then install the plugin from it:

- "Publish my launch page. Show me the address first."
- "Draft an update to the waitlist about the new pricing, and show me who will get it."

## What Claude cannot do

Claude cannot change your plan or billing, connect a domain or delete contacts. When you ask for
one of those, it gives you a link to the right screen in LaunchList, and you do it there. It
publishes your page only after you have seen the address and said yes.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can Claude manage my waitlist?

Yes, once you connect it. Claude can look up signups, tag and segment people, move them through your stages, invite people, import a list, write and edit your launch page, publish it after you say yes, and send an email to your list after you confirm.

### What is the difference between the connector and the Claude Code plugin?

The connector gives Claude access to your waitlist. The plugin, for Claude Code, adds that connection plus six skills for testing an idea, launching a product, growing a waitlist, reading your numbers, running the list day to day and building LaunchList into your code.

### Can Claude publish my page or send email without asking?

No. Claude writes your page as a draft. When you ask it to put the page live, it shows you the address and what will go live, and publishes only after you say yes. An email to your list takes two steps too, so Claude shows you how many people will get it and sends only after you say yes. Publishing and sending need a verified email address on your LaunchList account.

### I use Claude on a Team or Enterprise plan. How do I connect?

An Owner of your Claude organization adds LaunchList from the connector directory first. Then each member connects it and signs in with their own LaunchList account.

### Can I add LaunchList by its address instead?

Yes. In Claude, open **Customize**, then **Connectors**, choose **Add custom connector** and paste `https://mcp.getlaunchlist.com` as the server URL. You sign in and approve the same way.

### Which workspace can Claude see?

Only the one you choose when you approve the connection. To give it another, connect again and choose that workspace.

### How do I disconnect Claude?

Remove LaunchList from Claude's connectors. You can also revoke the connection from your LaunchList account.
