## About

SmartCustomer is a business reviews and ratings platform for buyers who read reviews and for businesses that manage them. It is not a launch board or startup directory, and its pages do not describe a product submission form. The site lists reviewed businesses in categories such as clothing, marketplace, general dating, wholesale, electronics, office supplies, jobs and legal. Its pages state 140K+ reviewed businesses and 25M+ buyer reviews. Anyone can write a review without being invited, and reviews go through a verification process before they are published. Businesses can claim a free profile, and paid review management plans named Liftoff, Accelerate, Ascend and Custom are offered, with no prices shown on the pricing page. Reviewers cannot review a business they own or work for. The pricing page sits at sitejabber.com/business/pricing and carries the SmartCustomer name.
