## About

Build Mode is a time tracker for Mac, written for people building something of their own. It is not a product directory or launch board, and its pages do not describe any way to list or submit a product. The app records focused work with one keyboard shortcut, removes idle time, sorts hours into modes such as Build and Marketing, and shows daily, weekly, yearly, and all-time totals. Privacy is central to the site. It says Build Mode takes no screenshots, reads no browser history, needs no account, and stores data only on the Mac. The download is free, and the app costs $29 paid once as an early builder price that rises to $49 later. A license key arrives by email and is checked on the Mac. Founders looking for a place to launch a product will not find that on this site.
