## About

Founderpath is a non-dilutive funding company for software, brick-and-mortar and CPG founders. It is not a launch board, startup directory or AI tool directory, and its pages do not describe listing products for public discovery. According to the About page, founders connect their billing, bank and accounting data, and automated underwriting turns that data into a funding offer. The site describes revenue financing, term loans and merchant cash advances, with discount rates from 7%, interest from 15% and repayments from 5% of monthly revenue. The pages do not state a free or paid listing option or a submission process for products. Founderpath also sells sponsorship to reach its audience of software founders through a newsletter, podcast, live webinars and an annual conference. Sponsorship prices are not shown on the pages, so companies should check the partner page before committing. Founderpath was launched by Nathan Latka and is based in Austin, Texas.
