The about page says AppSumo partners with up-and-coming software companies to offer their tools for a limited time at up to 95% off, and that buyers get a 60-day money-back guarantee. To submit, a founder uses the List your own product link in the footer, which leads to a log in or sign up page and then to partners.appsumo.com/self-submission. The pages do not state a listing fee, review time, backlink requirement or link type. The sponsor page on the site returned a 404, so no advertising rates are published.
