## About

WhatTheAI is an AI tool directory for founders and for people searching for AI tools. The home page states 34,000+ tools across 278 categories, and each tool page shows its categories and a Verified by WTAI Team label. The pages reviewed do not state how to submit a free listing or whether an account is needed. Paid options listed on the advertise page include a Featured Fast-Track Listing for $49, which is reviewed within 24 hours and comes with a Featured badge and category placement. Sponsorship placements include a Newsletter Spotlight at $350, a Guest Post at $79, and a Newsletter Text Mention at $150. A Featured badge can be pasted on a homepage or footer, and tools that link back are placed first in their category pages, ahead of everything except paid Featured listings.
