To submit, enter a tool name, tagline, and website URL on the submit form at toolindex.net/submit. Free submissions are open at any time and are usually reviewed within a day, but they need a small nofollow link to Tool Index on the landing page. Paid featured listings cost $29.99 one time for 7 days featured or $149.99 one time for 30 days featured, and are reviewed within 24 hours. A paid App Review costs $75 one time, with the commercial relationship disclosed and a permanent followed link from toolindex.net. Sponsorship on the sponsored leaderboard starts at $1. Founders should check the link requirement before choosing a free listing, since paid listings need no link.
