## About

ToolTrove is an independent catalog of AI tools, services and websites for people searching for the right AI tool and for teams building them. The home page reports 4,168 AI tools in 13 categories, including Productivity, Business, Image, Video and Writing. Anyone can submit a tool for free. Each submission is reviewed by a person before it goes live, usually within a couple of days, and the submit page says the listing is free with no pay-to-rank. Submissions must include a description of 60+ words, 3+ features, who it is for, what it solves and 2+ screenshots. Once a listing is approved, keeping the ToolTrove badge on your site makes the link a regular followed link. Featured spots are editorial choices, and the pages do not state advertising or pre-launch policies.
